This is my favorite collagen supplement. The flavor is great, the formula is effective. Serving size is 2 scoops, however, I have reduced to just 1 scoop nightly. Mixed into tepid water it goes down smoothly. I was intrigued to try it a few years ago when my uncle had shown me a before-photo and an after-photo of himself after using this product for a year. There was a drastic difference in his appearance. It looked like he had aesthetic work done but he hadn’t. I’ve been using this ever since and I highly recommend it. Only wish there was an unflavored option for those days that I don’t want something sweet and fruity (hence reducing serving to 1 scoop vs 2).
