Is a subscription required to make a purchase?

No, a subscription is not required. We do offer a Subscribe & Save member program. When you choose this option, you will saving more money compared to a one-time purchase. You always enjoy FREE** standard shipping on auto-deliveries, and the convenience of regularly scheduled deliveries when you receive your subscription at intervals of one, three, or six months. There are no commitments, obligations, or fees and you can cancel a subscription at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling a subscription is very easy and hassle-free. Simply email our customer service team at support@smarternutrition.com and let us know that you would like to cancel your subscription.

You will receive an email confirmation once the subscription has been canceled.

Can I delay the next delivery of my subscription?

Absolutely! simply contact our customer service team to reschedule your next delivery.

Can I adjust the quantity or add more products to my subscription order?

To adjust the frequency of your shipments or make other changes, simply contact our customer service team at support@smarternutrition.com and we'll make those adjustments promptly. To add additional products, simply place a new subscription order at our website.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use a hybrid system from UPS called UPS Mail Innovations.

What is UPS mail Innovations?

UPS has partnered with the U.S. Postal Service (UPS Mail Innovations), providing the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of mail, with the final last-mile delivery being made by your local post office. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.

How long does it take before an order is shipped?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after your order is received and completed. We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may take longer than usual.

Domestic (shipping within continental US): orders that are shipped within the US typically take 3 - 7 business days for delivery, but in rare cases may take up to 20 business days.

International: orders that are shipped internationally normally take 6 - 16 business days for delivery, but in rare cases may take up to 30 business days depending on how remote or how serviceable your location is by your local postal service and also depending on how the Customs Agency operates in your country.

Please note: with increased pressure on shipping carriers, some carriers may fail to frequently update tracking information. A temporary delay in tracking does not necessarily reflect an actual delay in shipping.

How do I track my package?

You should receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can usually track your package using the provided tracking number on the UPS or USPS website.

Please note: the package status will no longer update once the package has departed the US and the tracking will become active again once it has reached the destination city. The tracking scan to some countries is intermittent due to a lack of consistency between local postal services. Please rest assured that your package is en route even when there doesn't seem to be movement.

Who is responsible for customs fees?

Import regulations vary from country to country. It is difficult for us as a company to predict each individual country's fees and requirements. The recipient (buyer) is responsible to pay for any duties or customs fees.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

Do you provide prepaid return shipping labels?

If your order was sent to an address within the U.S., contact our customer service via email at support@smarternutrition.com or Facebook chat and we will be more than happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You can also write “Return to sender” on the unopened package to send it back to us.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 7 to 10 days for our Returns Department to process your return and document it. Once processed through our warehouse facility we will issue a full refund, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

How do I receive my refund?

Can I receive a replacement if my order was not delivered successfully.

Sending a replacement will be determined on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Smarter Nutrition. Since some areas are more difficult to deliver to, if we determine that your area is not serviceable, a refund will be provided instead.
