Long used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, curcumin has a wealth of health benefits, including immune and joint support, and antioxidants.* Tetrahydrocurcuminoids are antioxidant compounds created by the hydrogenation of curcumin. While curcumin is originally yellow, hydrogenation changes its color to a pale, off-white hue. This version of curcumin is known for its high antioxidant activity levels and potency.

    Can't live without it!
